Straight into a large open plan sitting room with oak floors, a wood burning stove and separate stable door to the private garden. The two sofas clearly separate the kick-back with a book or a glass area from the dining area and the kitchen. The open airy space has been very thoughtfully designed. The solid oak dining table seats six comfortably. There are loft style stairs to the mezzanine level which are not suitable for young children.
EatingAn open plan fully equipped kitchen with all the mod cons and integrated appliances you would expect including a dishwasher and washing machine.
SleepingThe super king sized bed in the master bedroom on the ground floor (can be twins by arrangement) is light and airy with fabulous views over rolling farmland.
The mezzanine den area in the loft space has two full sized single beds built in under the eaves, but this sleeping area is only suitable for older children. Head height is restricted and the loft style ladder is not suitable for toddlers or young children.
BathingThe en suite shower room is adjacent to the master bedroom on the ground floor and has an oversized power shower, sink and loo.
GardenMynford has a fabulous private south facing garden with uninterrupted views of the rolling countryside. A shed space with BBQ and surfboards waiting by arrangement and a small al fresco dining area which leads out from the stable doors in the sitting room. A lawned area to the back of the property is perfectly secluded spot for sunbathing or reading a book.
