An open plan living space complete with wood burning stove (there is central heating as well). A galley-style kitchen area with a dual fuel oven and gas hob, a fridge freezer and a dining table and chairs. The sitting room space is next to the wood burning stove and has a super comfy sofa as well.
SleepingThe Linhay is suitable for one couple in a king-sized double to the far end of this studio retreat. A clever use of a bespoke handcrafted storage area separates the sleeping area from the sitting room, with the wood burning stove between the bed and the living area. You definitely have the feeling of a well-defined separate space, even in the open plan conversion.
GardenThe glass fronted Linhay looks out over lawned garden, some of which belongs to the adjacent property The Mill House (it may be that you would want to rent both properties together for larger bookings). Tucked behind the Linhay is your own lawned garden area, surrounded by original Cornish stone walling and looking out over rolling farmland.
