Make sure to pay a visit to the ‘palace of the Peak’ Chatsworth House, or if you’re after something a little more adventurous, take to the reservoirs for anything from kayaking and canoeing to sailing and windsurfing. If you’ve worked up an appetite, there are plenty of farmers markets, cosy pubs, great restaurants and passionate producers to choose from – just perfect!
